Ordering a sample costs $10 plus the cost of shipping. Samples cannot be returned.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.
What shipping options are there?
- Standard Parcel - delivery to doorstep
- White Glove delivery – crew comes into your home and places the rug (still wrapped in packaging) in the room of your choice
- White Glove Plus delivery – crew carries the rug in, moves furniture, unwraps, and lays out the rug in the spot of your choice
How do I reschedule delivery?
Contact our store directly.
When will my rug arrive?
Most rugs arrive in 4-6 weeks, though there can be exceptions based on the size and pattern of rug ordered.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Rug orders can be canceled or updated only up to 24 hours after ordering by contacting our store directly. After 24 hours, you can only update your delivery address, recipient details, or reschedule the delivery, again by contacting our store directly. The product or shipping preferences cannot be changed after 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Sizing & Custom Sizing
How does custom sizing work?
Order rectangles or rounds from 4′×3`′ up to 15′×25′; email if you need smaller or larger.
Will the pattern resize?
No—the motif stays the same scale; bigger rugs just repeat it more times.
How do I choose the right size?
- Typical living room rug sizes are 8’x10′ and 9’x12′.
- Make sure your rug is at least 6″ wider (8″ is ideal) than your sofa on both sides.
- Typically run the rug the length of the sofa.
- Give 30″ to 36″ of a walkway between large furniture pieces (if your living room allows for it) if not then at least 18″-24″. That will help to inform your rug size.
Can you make custom shapes?
Not yet; only rectangles and rounds are available for now.

What if my order is wrong?
Email us at info@kashianbros.com within 7 days of receiving your rug. We will get back to you within 24 hours and work to get your rug returned or exchanged.
My rug arrived damaged—now what?
